Terms and Conditions

MB Vision E-Store terms and conditions apply to all online RETAIL orders placed for products identified on the company’s RETAIL order system. Please read them carefully. By entering the site and placing an order with us you are accepting the E-Store Terms and Conditions set out herein. All terms and conditions will be strictly adhered to.

We reserve the right to alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of this web site or its content or the goods and services available via it. Further, unless otherwise stated, any new features including new content and or the sale of new goods shall be subject to the terms and conditions.

  • Backorders

MB Vision does not sell backordered merchandise. We will never purposely charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase. Occasional inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate inventory counts or possibly because the last few items on our shelves are damaged and/or not in a condition that we can sell to a customer. In that instance, we will refund your credit/debit card for the item, along with any applicable tax fees and shipping charges.

  • Cancel Orders

You may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply send mail during MB Vision's hours of operation to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 3-8 business days.

  • Change Orders

You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already been charged to your account. Please send us a mail during MB Vision`s hours of operation to request a change to your order. Please have your sales order (SO) or customer number ready for better assistance. Please have in mind that if your order has been processed and/or shipped we won`t and have the right cancel your order change request.

  • Closed for Business

MB Vision does not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. We are also closed for New Year’s Day, and Christmas. If  these dates fall on a weekend, we are closed on the generally accepted observed holiday.

  • Complaints

Should you feel the need to make a complaint about the services or products provided by our company or in the efficiency with which your order has been handled please contact us via at Such matters will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt and we aim to resolve your complaints as quickly as possible. Such matters will be treated in the strictest confidence and you will be kept informed of the progress of the complaint if it relates to a third party, i.e. couriers. In the event that goods ordered by you have not been received within 15 working days, please contact us.

  • Currency

All prices quoted on this web site are in British Pound Sterling (GBP) and Euro. Payments must be made in Pound Sterling (GBP) or Euro. Credit/debit card sales will be charged in your local billing currency by your credit card provider.

  • Damage in Transit

Sometimes, though rarely, goods get damaged in transit. If this happens with your shipment please advise us within 48 hours. However, since we never knowingly ship damaged goods, we need your help to try to recover our costs from the carrier wherever possible. If you do receive damaged goods please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the carrier’s insurers. If you receive a battered parcel, please note your observations on the delivery form, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, make sure that you sign for it as: “Damaged package, goods not yet inspected” or similar to warn the carrier that a claim may be forthcoming. Whatever the circumstances please contact us by email with as much detail of the loss or damage as possible, so that we file a claim with the carrier. Please note: not all claims are honored by the carrier. Customer will be refunded only if and when the carrier refunds MB Vision Ltd. Please DO NOT return damaged goods to MB Vision unless and until requested to do so, as this may incur additional costs unnecessarily.

  • Goods Not Available For Shipment

With the best intentions in the world, some goods just may not be in stock at the time you place the order.  In the event that we cannot ship your goods within the time stated, we will contact you to offer you the alternatives or to provide you with the opportunity to cancel your order.

  • Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between MB Vision and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the Bulgarian low, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Finally, the Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against MB Vision that is more than 3 months after the date of the applicable invoice

  • International Orders

Presently MB Vision accepts E-Commerce orders only from customers in the European Union.

  • Normal Business Hours

Orders are processed during our normal business hours which are weekdays from 8am to 4pm EST.  Orders placed outside of those hours will be processed the next business day.

  • Payment

All payments must be made at time of purchase by major credit card and are made subject to acceptance by you of the site’s terms and conditions.  Fulfillment of the order is subject to stock availability and acceptance of your order, and the company is under no obligation to fulfill your order. Prices shown are accurate at a certain date but are subject to change. Any change will be advised to you where applicable and will be shown on the web site as soon as possible.

  • Privacy

MB VISION respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone except as outlined in our privacy policy. All of the information obtained from our Web site will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mails you will receive from MB VISION are updates to any recent orders and/or returns.

  • Cookies

Cookies enable us to identify your device, or you when you have logged in. We use cookies that arestrictly necessary to enable you to move around the site or to provide certain basic features. We use cookies to enhance the functionality of the website by storing your preferences, for example. We also use cookies to help us to improve the performance of our website to provide you with a better user experience.

We don’t sell the information collected by cookies, nor do we disclose the information to third parties, except where required by law (for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies).

  • Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

All orders are final. MB VISION does not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges.  If you feel you have been incorrectly charged for the products you have ordered, or that your delivery is different to your original order (except where it has been agreed in advance by both the company and the customer) please via e-mail at sales @ All refunds will be made within 30 working days from the return of goods in full but excluding any postage or packaging costs. According to EU regulation every customer can and has the right to return the order during the "cooling-off period" which is 10 days after the the order has been shipped to the customer.   • Risk of Loss

MB VISION will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) -- excepting software-- and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. MB VISION reserves a purchase money security interest in the product(s) until its receipt of the full amount due. Customer agrees to allow MB VISION to sign appropriate documents on Customer's behalf to permit MB VISION to protect its purchase money security interest. Title to software will remain with the licensor(s). All software is provided subject to the license agreement of the software maker. Customer agrees to be bound by any software license agreement once the seal on the package is broken. MB VISION will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but MB VISION will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.

  • Safe Shopping Guarantee

Fair Credit Billing Act: We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 for fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

  • Security

Security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology of Moneybookers/Skrill or PayPal who process the payment to make sure your information is handled with the utmost level of security.

  • Shipping/Carriage

Prices shown exclude postage and packaging, unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping

MB VISION offers Delivery services for all online customers. Presently, orders are shipped Monday through Friday, and take 1-2 days to process prior to shipping.  In the event that shipping company is unable to deliver to a specific customer site, MB VISION will contact the customer and arrange for an alternate shipper.

  • Shipping Time

While most orders will be processed within 5-7 days, please allow up to 15 business days for delivery from receipt of orders.

  • Tax

VAT tax of 20% is added in the priceIf you place an order on the behalf of your company and it is VAT registered and your country is part of European Union you should mail us on sales [at] mbvision [dot] net for issuing a VAT excluded invoice.

  • Technical Support

MB VISION does not offer free technical support for E-Commerce purchases

  • Severability

If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable California law.

  • Waiver

The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party's right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.

  • Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with MB VISION's invoice regarding the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between MB VISION and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between MB VISION and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
